I recently graduated from Purdue University in December 2019 with a degree in User Experience Design, minors in Psychology and Communication and a Certificate in Collaborative Leadership. I'm passionate about conducting qualitative user research, empathizing with users, and advocating for accessible and inclusive design. I'm especially strong at usability testing, user interviews, and developing high-level takeaways and insights from findings.

After my freshman year at Purdue, I interned at WillowTree Inc. as a Product Researcher where I got my first experience conducting and delivering user research for clients. During Summer 2018, I interned at Express Scripts as an Accessibility & UX Researcher where I enhanced my knowledge on accessibility and inclusive design. Before graduating, I interned at IBM as a Design Researcher on their Watson Supply Chain team, working with emerging technologies like IoT and blockchain. Now I am currently full-time with IBM in Austin, TX on the Strategic Design team within IBM Software, impacting new product concept and portfolio strategy through "make to learn" exploratory research methods.

Outside of professional work, I also am an avid reader, tea-drinker, soccer-enthusiast, and lover of traveling!
